CropX expands its digital agronomic solutions into India through a strategic alliance with Zuari Farm Hub, enhancing farm practices with real-time monitoring
In a significant move towards advancing precision agriculture in India, CropX Technologies, a global leader in digital agronomic solutions, has announced a strategic partnership with Zuari FarmHub, a prominent agritech company in the country. This collaboration seeks to usher in a new farming era by introducing cutting-edge real-time monitoring technology that equips farmers with data-driven insights, bolstering productivity and sustainability.
Under this partnership, CropX Technologies is set to introduce its advanced CropX system to the Zuari Agri Innovation Centre in Solapur, along with select farmer fields across Karnataka and Maharashtra, marking the expansion of CropX's footprint in the Indian agricultural landscape.
Zuari FarmHub has initiated trials of the CropX system at the Zuari Agri Innovation Centre in Solapur, as well as select farmer fields across Karnataka and Maharashtra. The CropX system is comprised of state-of-the-art hardware-enabled devices that continuously monitor crucial agronomic parameters in real time. These devices collect predictive soil data and integrate it with additional data sources in the vicinity of the farm, along with agronomic knowledge, to generate recommendations related to irrigation and nutrient management. This enables farmers to optimise resource utilisation and enhance crop growth.
